EatsNook is a web application enabling restaurants to create and manage a QR menu.

2. Users and Account Creation

The EatsNook app is intended for restaurants. Users must provide true contact information.

3. Subscriptions

EatsNook offers paid monthly and yearly subscriptions managed through Stripe. Users can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription as per Stripe’s terms.

4. User Content

Users are fully responsible for the content they publish in the app, including the accuracy of information listed in the QR menu.

5. Liability

EatsNook is not liable for the accuracy or truthfulness of information published by users in the app.

6. Account Closure

Users may close their accounts at any time. EatsNook reserves the right to close a user's account if the terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

EatsNook reserves the right to make changes to these terms. Users will be notified of any changes.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Polish law.
